it was okay in gen 3

what kind of question is that, it has amazing physical bulk, excellent typing and agreat support move pool with will-o-wisp, taunt and toxic spikes.
it has a clear identity which is more than most pokemon. I'm sore you could use it in UU if it fit in your team. tanking hits, spreading burn and setting up spikes or even haze some set up sweepers.
