Tough one. Slowbro can potentially stall the other two out if it burns Mimikyu. Froslass, while SE, isn't super strong. The most she could do is cripple with paralysis and kill with Destiny Bond.

Overall I think Mimikyu wins, or at least has the greatest chances of winning. Its loss is dependent on either a burn or losing the prediction game on Froslass (mispredicting DBond instead of Shadow Ball).

Miltank with scrappy has a shot at defeating Mimikyu if it outspeeds, but it completely loses against Gourgeist. With sap sipper, Miltank loses to Mimikyu but completely counters Gourgeist.

Gourgeist with phantom force + shadow sneak has a shot at defeating mimikyu if it's also Def-invested. It cannot touch sap sipper Miltank but wins against scrappy Miltank.

Mimikyu can potentially win against both if it runs substitute or gets a high roll after a swords dance. Overall I think Mimikyu has the highest chance of winning on average because of its ability.
