Ubers Marshadow will prefer Rock Tomb to oneshot Ho-Oh. HP Ice doesn't have that many relevant targets and doesn't oneshot anything without investment.
Bulk Up is also a pretty nice option for the last slot for setup sweeping.

I think it's good set, it's fast, it's bulky, it can deal with peliper and fire/flying memes, it should destroy most of the dragon types, it will be weak to fair so if it will need use it's Z move to defeat tapus, and if I'm right assurance should deal x1.5+double damage which means 210 damage

You do realize Hidden Power is a 90 BP move when your ability is Technician right? And Marshadow would benefit from tutors the least(maybe it could get Focus Punch but only buffs sets that run Substitute), as they already made it's movepool nearly flawless.
