Should /vp/ become more /gf/ without actually changing the name?

There's not much to discuss. I love Drill Dozer but it's just a platformer. How much thoughtful discussion and/or shitposting can you get out of it? Same for Harmoknight, Giga Wrecker, etc. At most each game could get its own general but I don't know how active those would even be.

/vp/ is about pokémon first and mostly, not GF. Other spin offs, the TCG, the anime and other shit GF aren't involved with are also discussed here. The rest of their library can be discussed on /v/.
If you need to expand /vp/ then go for /mon/ instead, makes more sense.

/vp/ is only a containment board in the broadest sense. Yeah, it was created due to pokémon taking up too much space on /v/, and /vg/ not yet existing. But pokémon is not banned from other boards like a lot of the stuff on /mlp/ or /soc/. You can still discuss pokémon on /v/ if you want to.
