Relativistic mass m8. More mass isn't added on, but the closer something with mass comes to moving at the speed of light (relative to an observer) the more relativistic mass it gains. So his hand still has the same amount of mass, it's just like that mass is "worth more mass", so to speak. The problem here is that if you "increase" something's mass then, because it has increased mass it becomes harder to make it go faster (just F=ma). The writers just hand-wave this by saying that speedforce isn't limited by that.

Giovanni, Maxie, Archie, Cyrus, Ghestis, Lysandre, and Lusamine are all in elementary/primary school, drawing their "OC Pokemon" (the Legendaries that they go after). First, Giovanni shows the group his picture of Mewtwo, and goes on about how it was MADE to be THE BEST at fighting and NOBODY can beat it. Then, Maxie shows off Groudon, talking about how it's the biggest and strongest and made all of the land. Then Archie, just to one-up Maxie, shows off Kyogre, saying it's like Groudon, but it can swim, and it floods the world, and Groudon can't do anything to it. Maxie and Archie start wrestling in the background. Cyrus presents a drawing of himself on a throne with Giratina, Dialga, Palkia, and Arceus all around him. He starts rattling off this story about how he will become the god of the new world, and everyone ignores him. Ghestis, in a black turtleneck, has a "gory" picture of Kyurem eating everyone else, and talks like a stereotypical edgy kid about how it'll kill everyone and make people respect him. Lysandre has a surprisingly well-drawn picture of Xerneas and Yveltal, and gives a dramatic and theatrical speech about life and death in a "I'm 6 and this is deep" kind of way - but is interrupted by Lusamine, who shows her picture of Nihilego and talks about how beautiful and perfect it is. Then Greevil, sitting in the corner, has a book of myths and legends of Pokemon, and he's colored in a couple pictures (Lugia most notably) entirely black and purple
