Only the OU dark, fighting and fairy types could tank it (and not all of them even; greninja gets easily 2HKO'd, medicham directly dies I think) and none of them particularly like the idea of being itemless anyways.

Landorus already has 42% usage or so, imagine if it could carry this kind of knock off around and spam it while carrying choice scarf AND band, it would skyrocket to almost 60%.

Granted, more dark types would get better, but when everyone gets better, nothing really changes.
