It sucks only being able to have the fun of an Arceus-like mon in either Uber or NU

So, supposedly theres gonna be move tutors in US/UM, maeby this could give a change of category to this failed arceus mimic.

But a buff or another evolution could do the trick too, lets cross fingers.
