I am glad I have all of my (Non-version 1.1) berries to level 75. The Two-Berry method probably would be better, but now that I have my berries at the final 25 levels, I can work for the bottom of the list for those super big boosts until the money becomes ridiculous. I am one of those players on iOS that had the stealth update back during 1.02 to 1.03 so I never farmed Diamonds and couldn't get the file back. That's why I didn't hesitate to jump into 1.1.0

All berries besides the Updated 2. I have everything rank 75 minimum and I'm just pumping directly into Lava because the JP from leveling everything equally sucks. Until the Money sucks upgrading the cookie, I'll just level up the cookie and then go back to doing a JP spread to keep everything sort of equal until going Bluk berry is more efficient.

I was thinking the other day that the implications of the Voltorb event are really fucking sinister.

The professor says this is a town where everybody loves Magikarp, yet you can find Voltorbs just laying around ready to explode. Not only that, the trainer character clearly thinks of these as traps or setups, meaning that someone is deliberately placing Voltorbs around with the intention of fucking up the lives of unassuming people. Unassuming people who probably train or own Magikarp, given that this is a town where Magikarp are widely loved and valued.

So your Magikarp isn't just dying, it's dying at the hands of what seems to be some fucking sociopath using really pissed off Voltorb to hurt the town's prized Pokemon for reasons that no one is investigating.

Upgrade training to 50 and berries to infinity. The support candies will be useful the more support mons you have and need upgrading, but berries are the most reliable form of JP and upgrading them has a lot more use. I try to get as many trainings in before I accidentally hit max level since berries add between 1-20 mil due to them all my berries being level 75.
Once you hit level 50 in trainings you should switch between evening out berries in both JP values and cost to upgrades.

Using slowpoke makes my game crash, and when I reload it'll restore Pokémon that aren't even on the screen, you better believe how fucking mad I was when bulbasaur and meowth got their skills restored. This bug is bullshit, does anyone else have this happen to them?

So i just maxed out (so far) trainer rank and thus magikarp's max level (73) as of now. I have Rowlet w 4 stars, maxed meowth, maxed piplup, maxed pikachu, charizard and slowpoke.

My question is, should i get poplio or snorlax next? I have exactly 499 diamonds. Still deciding whether i get poplio for the sunken treasures of bonus coins/food/diamonds or Snorlax for the event and the extra food. Please help.

Technically speaking, Popplio and Piplup.
Popplio gives you a sunken treasure (red Pokéball) every 7 hours, which have a chance to contain diamonds. It costs 500 diamonds though.
Piplup restores 1 training point, 3 when maxed out with 22 support candies. More training points means more opportunities for random events that give diamonds (All That Glitters, and Lost Luvdisc)
