Low Kick is only used on Pokemon that need Fighting coverage but don't have access to better moves like Superpower, Drain Punch, or Close Combat

the main thing you're using low kick/superpower for most of the time is ferrothorn. That makes low kick 100 bp. So you have to decide whether you want to hit ferro with a 120 bp move followed by another 120 bp move at -1 attack, or just hit it twice with a 100 bp move.

Consider the fact that you'll be forced out after the first superpower, or that your opponent could switch into something to take it better. Also consider the fact that you need to predict the switch for low kick to even have a chance to kill. However, if you're running it on a mon that's using fightinium z, superpower is the obvious choice.
