A lot of baffling omissions from Incineroar's Dark side. And I've yet to see a good reason why it gets Leech Life at all.
Best hope for it is that USUM gives it Intimidate and the bread-and-butter Dark moves it so desperately craves. HA + Sucker Punch and nothing else should be enough to bring it up to RU, Intimidate-boosted 95/90/90 bulk and powerful STAB priority potentially backed by Swords Dance would make it a force to be reckoned with in lower tiers.
