The idea is that the air in Alola is a lot cleaner than anywhere else, so all that floating around that Igglybuff does is able to be used to its full potential, as it evolves into a completely airborne Jigglypuff, which can constantly fly thanks to the extra clean air it takes in to use for flying.

It has a helium bladder or something; I dunno.

Alolan Wigglytuff, having finally completely mastered their flight skills, can perform cool air tricks and loop-de-loops and whatever. And yeah, they look cute when they do so.

Alolan Jigglypuff is sky blue and white (which is countershading in order to be camouflaged while it's in the air), and that hair curl that regular Jigglypuff have is unfurled, wavy, and kinda goes backwards across the top of its head.

Alolan Wigglytuff has the same colors, except its ears are now wide instead of narrow, in order to provide steering and balance while flying. Its hair is also long and wavy, but a little more longer and a little more wavier (but not too much)

Necrozma formes of Xerneas and Yveltal!
Remember than they become mono-coloured, like Lunala.
Xerneas should be a dark royal blue, Yveltal a blood red. Both should still look like shiny light forms of course.
I imagine Yveltal would have the two extra arms on its shoulders (Machamp style), and have vein-y lights going through its chestpiece (like Lunala has lights shaping its ribcage). Xerneas' lights would be the glowing spots on its lower back. It's horns would all be black now? Idk.

Alolan Natu and Xatu: Based on Gambel's Quail (fat, terrestrial bird) and a tiki totem with Quail features. Maybe throw in some Yellow-Billed Cuckoo aspects, as that bird is known to call on hot days typically foretelling of heavy storms.
Maybe any combination of Dark/Psychic/Fire/Electric, but I'll leave typing up to someone else with a more clear idea of how to retype this thing.
