Here's the current OU lineup (excluding stuff from BL).

I have a feeling that Pelipper and Mega Swampert will rise again soon. Pelipper dropped barely on the edge of OU(literally 0.1% usage), and this having to stay without its perfect partner for so long, while Swampert had been aviable for literally five days or so before the end of the month, so it couldn't have possibly gained enough usage to stay in OU. This duo has been getting fairly consistent usage on the ladder, Pelipper has rised from B rank to B+ in the viability rankings and there are talks to raise them both to A-.

They're not broken, but some are certainly cancer.
Buzzwole in UU is certainly one of those.
Xurkitree is strong, but it needs to run either a Choice item or a Z-Move, so he can be scouted out and played around.

I would consider running Infiltrator Crobat as long as Buzzwole stays in UU.

Jellicent, Slowbro, Slowking, and a lil bit Vaporeon are all massive knock off magnets. Against Lee/anything with Knock Off, predict it and switch into your Z-Crystal Virizion, proc a Justified boost, and go to town from there.

The meta is much too offensive for Hoopa-U to shine right now.
Hoopa-U eats balance teams for breakfast and balance teams are non existent on the ladder.
