Give Dunsparce a mega

Give Farfetch'd a physical Flying move with 90BP and a high critical hit ratio. Coupled with a Stick, it can get a crit on every attack along with Slash and Leaf Blade. Some speed wise help too but it already got a buff this gen.

Give Jynx +10 Speed, Dazzling Gleam, and Dazzling / Psychic Surge.

Give Delibird +20 SpAtk and Speed, access to Toxic Spikes and Stealth Rock, and replace Insomnia with Sturdy. It's now a mediocre suicide lead instead of a terrible suicide lead.

Give Pyukumuku Protean and every punching attack in the game. Most of them won't make any sense but at least it's not complete Taunt bait.

Give Comfey Giga Drain because it works with its ability and makes sense.

A lot of the other ones would just want big stat boosts, Mega Evolutions and / or reliable recovery.

Girafarig needs an evo or some sort of alternate form. There's just so much they can do to expand its base concept, and it's so weak that it has to get something some time.

Spinda is a meme. It could use an evo but do not expect it.

Kecleon is a gimmick. Truthfully I'd LIKE an evo but I won't get my hopes up. What would it even be, besides just a bigger chameleon? And it's BST is kinda too high. Perhaps a mega.

Carnivine is a lost cause. A venus fly trap is a novel idea for a pokémon but they chose not to do anything other than stick googly eyes on it. I doubt an evo would even help.

Basculin could evolve, but it's sort of destined to just "exist".

Luvdisc is one of those pokémon that doesn't really care that it isn't good in battle. It was never supposed to be strong, and it doesn't need to be. It's also too late to evolve it, because then we'd have THREE pink heartshaped fish.

Cryogonal is fine.

Carbink should be compatible with eviolite. It IS a pre-evolution of Diancie, it just takes millions of years to evolve.

Stantler s a gimmick. I understand what it's actually based on but I see no way to take the concept higher.

Komala should evolve but they should've scrapped its design and went with a different koala concept in the first place.

Pyukumuku is fine mostly, like Shuckle. Could very seriously use more HP, and since it knows only status moves, Innards Out should really protect the use from Taunt and Torment.

Comfey is destined to just kinda exist, like Basculin.
