I decided not to include remakes because it wouldn't fit muh autistic patterns. And also because Giratina and Kyurem are probably going to get new forms in the Gen 4/5 remakes too so the whole thing will be invalidated.

Nobody counts Suicune because it doesn't actually form a legendary trio with Lugia and Ho-Oh like the other cover legendaries + Zygarde do.

But even then, the sequence is 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, etc, so you can still include Suicune if you want.
