XY anime music was great though... unless you're listening English dub

The only good soundtrack in XY was the Pokemon Center track.

ORAS has the greatest Pokemon soundtrack

Its true XY had a terrible soundtrack only saving grace was Route 15 , and Victory Road

One of the things pokemon always excelled was the soundtrack but even XY managed to fuck that up

Yeah, agreed! It's got those tunes that change depending on the season and whether you're moving or not, it's got instruments you can add in multiple cities, it's got a different gym for every individual gym, it's got remakes of every gym leader and champion theme since Gen I... totally!

Sarcasm aside, ORAS has a great soundtrack, but B/W2 is best.

XY's battle tracks were mostly lame as hell but the overworld themes were nice.

XY are my least favorite games in the series, but they had one of my favorite tracks in the series.

Its because go ichinose wasn't a composer in xy. He returned is sun and moon hence why ost is better. Go and look at any super music collection composer list. Go ichinose consistently writes the best tracks.
