A useful bottom screen.

The lags (during double battles, mostly) should be fixed. Pajeet option: Provide an option to disable characters in the background during battles.

Make Battle Royale actually fun, by fixing the NPCs, and allowing to play locally with less than 4 friends, filling the remaining spots with either NPCs or online people.

--- That was about all that *should* be fixed for it to be a good game. Next are just personal hopes:

Triple/Rotation battles.

Fix the Festival Plaza by providing more online interaction to make it worthwhile.

GTS with viewable IVs/abilities.

Hard mode.

Bellossom, Tropius and Solrock/Lunatone. Maybe Slugma in the volcano area.

Neither will they actually optimize their games. Disabling background characters would work around the lags, and make Battle Tree not a huge pain in the ass to sit through.
I guess GF would just disable background characters in Doubles/Royales and provide no option for it, but we can hope.
