Now, disregard everything I listed above because GameFreak will never be that competent. Most we'll get is probably a new area or two.

If we're lucky, We'll get Alola forms for a few more pokemon.

My hopes:
Alola Ponyta/Rapidash
Alola Electrode that looks like a Beast Ball
Alola Smoochum/Jynx

If non-Kanto pokemon get Alola forms I'd love to see Alola Forms for the Johto starters, (or even just be able to catch them in the wild, Starters in the wild would be awesome), Alola Camerupt with an Alola Mega Stone (hell, anything with a special alola megacstone would be awesome, I just chose Camerupt), and Alola Skrelp/Dragalge. I know those sound weird, but I'm jut choosing things I like that I think would be cool to have more forms.

Pokedex form for Rotom being usable in battle would be really damn cool, but I doubt they would do that. More Rotom forms are always welcome in my book.

With BW1 it was fun to speculate because it was mostly finished, they could expand in any way they want.
With Alola it was so fucking obviously unfinished that there is nothing to speculate, most if not every addition will have been foreshadowed by shameless "coming soon" signs in the first game.
