The third island is honestly awful because it's a big linear path to Po town which meets at a dead end, when it should at least loop around, it's a damn island. The only island that actually felt cohesive was Melemele because it looped around and wasn't trying to fulfil their checklist of mandatory biomes.

I mean, they could make the real Alola game - the one with the Power Plant, Volcano interior, golf course, Cascading Pool exploration + caves, the two trials on Poni Island, the explorable hotel, the explorable Ruins of the Sunne/Moone, the explorable cave in that Poni cave where the purple flowers are... etc.
