Drop Raticate completely if we're being honest here. Get a Tauros or Persian if you're dead set on keeping a Normal type, unless you're just going by favorites which is alright too. Looks like an in-game team though. Also don't be afraid to abuse the shit out of Psychic types. Maybe trade Blastoise and/or Muk for Amnesia Slowbro and/or a Starmie. Golem should know Explosion because I'm pretty sure it 1-shots every Pokemon in gen 1 other than ghosts and maybe Onix and itself.

Yeah, I want to beat it with my bros instead of using the best of the best. I know it'll be infuriating at times, but I'm too attached to my party to not use them. And explosion on Golem for sure. I was thinking ice beam on Exeggcutor to deal with flying type, but it doesn't seem like there are enough strong flying pokes to warrant it. Zapdos and Dragonite I guess.

Yeah, I was hoping for a less gritty Colosseum. I like the focus on different arenas in Stadium, Colosseum, and even the anime. It makes your battles feel so much more important if they're held in a huge arena.
