In some ways it's better than Colosseum, but I infinitely prefer Colosseum's atmosphere and story to GoD's. but the gameplay is so much better in GoD, I really just don't know.

Tldr; it's a good game but not better than Colosseum. They're equal and good in different ways.

Good game. Like >>32674138 said Colosseum's atmosphere is better, but Gale has a lot more to do and refined Colosseum's gameplay. Wish Genius Sorority wasn't stuck making mobileshit.
