It's not as huge as it sounds. Most major legendaries have higher raw power when boosted by Life Orb.

other moveslots are generally better suited toward thunderpunch/your choice of fangs
play rough hits most things hard enough anyway, you don't need iron head

Iron Head is garbage coverage, don't run it.
Sucker Punch and Play Rough are standard. Last two slots can be either Swords Dance + Knock Off or Thunder Punch + Fire Fang. There's also more gimmicky stuff like Focus Punch and Stealth Rock.
