I just use manga Red's way to name, but usually with final evolutions.

For some reason I initially read that a "a good nickname thread". So I am still going to post my stupid post anyway.

There is no such thing as a good nickname, every nickname is awful. I am not saying I don't nickname Pokémon, I just understand that everyone else in the world is going to hate my nicknames just as much as I hate theirs.

I tend to go with Latin names, semi-made-up Latin names, or non-European names of my country. Occasionally some regular Japanese names like Hitomi. All of my 'mons are nicknamed.

Silly ones have been:
- Wala Wala (Koffing/Weezing)
- Shazaam!!! (Seedot/Nuzleaf/Shiftry)
- Old Geezer (Relicanth)
- Bomb Ball (Voltorb/Electrode)
- The Clamps (Scyther/Scizor)
- Reptar (Larvitar/Pupitar/Tyranitar)

Not really into silly names to begin with.
