As someone who's generally disappointed with most starters, you're kidding right? Starters are some of the most shilled mons for each gen and are popular by virtue of being starters that are strong in-game, easily obtainable, and stay with players through their journey. And the same goes for this gen too, vp is just a vocal minority that seems to break down whenever it comes to these starters. Boxfags are the real minority for every game and that has never changed.
