This one is weird though, it's from Gen 1 and I don't think I ever actually saw it get used/used it myself, so I don't recall it.

Spike Cannon is only on like two Pokemon in Gen I, and is kind of a shit move. It's in the same boat as Meditate in Gen I.

I got curious because I don't remember seeing it in Gen I either - apparently the only things that could learn Spike Cannon were Omanyte, Omastar and Cloyster. There aren't any trainers that use Omanyte/Omastar, and the only trainer who has a Cloyster that's a high enough level to know Spike Cannon is Lorelei. So unless you decided to use a Shellder or Omanyte (which aren't exactly incredibly popular), there's exactly one battle in the entire game where you might see Spike Cannon. Although you might be able to use it from Metronome.

It'd actually be a pretty good move if it wasn't restricted to a mon who gets much better fire moves already.

Miracle Eye was introduced in Gen 4(!) I don't think it's that forgettable

I would answer Eerie Impulse, Rototiller and Ion Deluge, but these threads may make them a little more memorable. Spike Cannon is another good choice.
