That thing is the exact same concept as Mamoswine. It grows significantly bigger and get huge tusks of ice. For an alternative evolution to be considered god tier in my book it has to offer a fresh alternative to the original evolution while still making sense from the pre-evolution's perspective. This is more of a Mamoswine redesign than an alternative evolution.

It is a neat design, but it is a horribly alternative evolution when you consider that Mamoswine does exist.
