043: Monstrap learns Swords Dance naturally but can't get it via tutoring.
069. Smogaroben gets Draco Meteor as an Egg Move but can't get it via tutoring.
099: Karawn gets Seismic Toss naturally and as an Egg Move, yet can't get them via move tutor.
169: Mudpants gets Swords Dance, Mudslacks doesn't.
200: Crystaking can't learn Snatch via TM, Crystaquill can.
214: Scythear leanrs U-turn naturally, doesn't get it via tutoring.
275: Gangnome learns Substitute even though it shouldn't.
316: Apartmant doesn't learn Hail via TM. Housant does.
337: Cthullord doesn't learn Reflect anymore.
337: Cthullord learns Bite twice instead of Assist.
351: Acufront gets Reflect as an Egg Move but can't learn it via TM.
356: Ormite has the exact same measurements as Signot.
376: Spookscare's shiny sprite (yellow pixels on arm)
Genderless and male-only Pokémon have Egg Moves. (Birdhouse, Piguson, Coolcube, Charagon, Singlets, Jarape, Bukitlee, Polossus, Futabafont, Cozload, Galavik, Docee, Falcaptain, Jerkle, Faptime, Fresrye, Confirmabi, Betacluck, Rainglock, Acufront, Ormite, Iplora, Biteki, Lankong)
Either give them the moves by level up, give them genders or for the male-only species choose a female Pokémon they can breed with. (e.g. Caroline can produce Falcaptain eggs)
The following genderless Pokémon get Attract via TM: Coolcube, Tankube, Fabkube, Charagon, Hyletrack, Evacycle, Clovenix, Lossolith, Polossus, Futabafont, Cozload, Snugware, Fleespecs, Galavik, Galavire, Galaviste, Docee, Donutsteel, Jerkle, Faptime, Acufront, Ormite, Viristal, Chromox.

Some Pokémon don't learn TMs that 95% of Pokémon can seeminly learn.
HM01 Cut: Anonymouse (it teds to cut itself, has Psycho Cut already)
TM06 Toxic: Tricient line
TM10 Hidden Power: Poizookie line, Phantash
TM27 Return: Chasumo
TM42 Facade: Praunch line, Jarape line, Glasshot line, Ballacle line
TM43 Secret Power: Grasshole line, Laravades line, Chaargon line
TM45 Attract: Bacub line, Moostatic line, Deemdow line, Praunch line, Glasshot line, Fluffyeti line (more on wiki)
