Quash and Embargo are fairly pointless moves as well, especially for tm's.

Outside of its Z version and Power Herb Unburden memes, Sky Attack is garbage like all other moves you have to charge for.
Remember, two turns of Drill Peck > two turns of Sky Attack. And Drill Peck is pretty shit itself.
