There's always some kind of fake mega thread going on. >>32583726 isn't specific to your cause, but it's where you should have started. At the very least you wouldn't have been as harshly treated.

Megas don't do this. At least research what you're doing before you fuck with it.
Anyway, into specifics
>Torterra
You weren't even doing badly until you started dropping stats. On top of that, you drop speed while giving it access to Shell Smash. Flat out retarded. Ignore the drops and the HP change and this is pretty much good to go.
>Infernape
Protean is such an idiotic ability here. Ape is already good, it doesn't need a busted ability, let alone one that makes no sense thematically. Sheer Force is where you should have gone. Also fuck giving it Extremespeed, it's already got Mach Punch and Vacuum Wave, it doesn't need any extra.
>Empoleon
Lightning Rod is better than Protean in terms of being less obnoxiously OP, and it's believable thematically, but it's so predictable. The same way you looked at turning Torterra from a tank into a sweeper, Empoleon has access to Agility. Give it Competitive and move the HP buff into Speed (and get rid of the Attack nerf) and this is pretty much done. You've got something that could be a defensive tank or an Agility sweeper.
tl;dr - Learn how to actually make a mega, keep to the fake mega threads, and stop fucking up your own ideas
