In VGC 2017 there just aren't many intimidate users or fire types in general. Being both is fantastic, as Arcanine shows by being the most used pokemon there. Incineroar already placed pretty high in different tournaments without it, so it's just safe to assume it will become one of the best. If Intimidate even gets release before this year ends, that is.

I suppose. I'm not sure when any of the HAs will ever be released. Decidueye's HA strikes me as the one being the less useful, unless there's a trick the bird has up its sleeve I'm unaware of. Primarina's HA sounds useless in hindsight, but if it were ever able to get Boomburst + HA like some have mentioned, it also manages to be somehow useful.

While Intimidate may be useful, I'm fearful of Incineroar's part Dark type, since it does leave him open to Fighting types contrary to Arcanine's pure Fire despite lowering Attack if he happens to have his HA. I might be wrong, but I'm trying to look from different angles.
