funny enough, I did find this while hunting down the Egg. by the way, the Egg took 21 Chansey's and over 20 hours of playing. They do NOT want you to have this item. Chansey in gen 2, let alone a Lucky Egg Chansey is probably the most difficult Pokemon to find in any game.

By the way, I got the Egg for use in Pokemon Stadium 2 so I can get x3 G/S/C speed. It takes like 30 minutes to get a Mon to lv 50. Feels fucking great.
