More antagonist than villain but Kyurem. He's just an old honorable warrior that wants to finish his fight even if the result was obvius and he knew his challanger wasn't worthy, and he goes out of his way to avoid colateral damage.
He made for a very interesting and unique conflict.

I loved Captain Phantom from the Manaphy movie. He had a great chemistry with that Ranger guy too. I can't believe they only appeared in a movie. Would it have been too much to have Phantom as a villain in one of the Ranger games?.

I actually liked the villain from the Volcanion movie. He may have lacked backstory and may have been just generic evil, but boy did he not fuck around. He knows exactly what he's doing and couldn't give less of a shit. I loved how Team Rocket was horrified by his actions and genuinely turned 180° until he was defeated.
