Red obviously has Charizard, Pikachu, Snorlax, Lapras and Espeon. I'd say his 6th team member is Poliwrath, because he has one in the manga. You could also say he has all 3 Kanto starters, but that goes to hell once Blue and Leaf enters the picture.

Leaf has Venusar, Clefable, Wigglytuff and Nidoqueen in my book, which she even has in the manga too. In the manga she also has a Granbull, but since it's unobtainable in FR/LG I'd replace it with Nidoking. Her 6th party member is either Ditto (as in the manga) or Eevee/Umbreon (since Red has an Espeon).

Judging on trailers, merch, manga and anime, I'd say Blaziken, Beautifly and Delcatty are pretty much a given for May; Empoleon, Lopunny, Pachirisu and Ambipom for Dawn; Emboar for Hilda and Servine for Rosa; and Delphox, Pangoro and Sylveon for Serena. Not sure what the rest of their teams would be though.

Hilda would have Samurott, Excavalier, and Sawk. HIlbert would have Accelgor and Throh. He wouldn't get a starter because Cherena and Bianca get the other two, so I'll give him an Emolga just to be cheeky.

Calem would have Greninja, Charizard (probably X), a Kanto eeveelution (so, Jolteon), and a male Meowstic. Serena would have Delphox, Venusaur, Sylveon, and a female Meowstic.

Going by Red's logic, the teams would probably go something like this:
