I don't know man. It has Rock Polish and Power-Up Punch for setup and a lot of coverage options, including Knock Off, Earthquake, Drain Punch, Fire Punch and Ice Punch. Pure Normal isn't good offensively without its broken attacks (Espeed/Boomburst), but STAB Returns from 160 base attack are still going to hurt.

Any ability aside from like Emergency Exit, Normalize and Stall would land it in Uber. Those stats are just too high to be balanced in OU.

It has the strength of a Huge Power-boosted Diggersby, the bulk of Tangrowth, and better coverage than Mega Metagross. Even having no ability would let it be OU.

I always thought a held item that negates the holder's ability entirely would do a lot for him and Slaking. Since it could be knocked off to turn them into dead weight, it wouldnt be too broken. Further, it would allow for switcheroo/trick shenanigans.
