80/200/100 is a very bad stat distribution in itself. I don't remember the details because it's been a very long time since I've calculated this, but you'd get the same bulk on superior side and even slightly better on inferior side if you dropped a bunch of defense and increased HP by a bit, to the point you could get away with decreasing the BST by 40 with no ill effects.
Regis are a disaster in general.

Regice used to be OU when it was introduced because all fire moves were special, the most reliable rock and fighting moves were brick break and rock slide and steel as an offensive typing was a non issue. but the thing that really fucked it over was stealth rock and the huge increase of viable rock, fighting, and steel types and moves and pretty much gaining nothing from the physical/special split or moves to combat the increase of its checks/counters.
