Not counting the manga, as it literally just uses a basic rotation for starters and has no meaning whatsoever, Calem has only been seen with Chespin once. In Generations.

As for Froakie, he was shown with it once in a artwork showing Xerneas encounter. There was another artwork that showed him with all three starters, but Chespin and Fennekin are owned by others and have nothing to do with Calem, while Froakie is just sitting there, looking at Calem. So I would consider that a Froakie starter image.
