Sorry for the transparent background, this is a grass sloth starter I am working on, for an Italy based region, I would appreciate feedback.

Also I plan to give it a hidden ability called Battle Heal, designed as more of a counter to Toxic and stall, makes ailments heal instead of damage, Toxic will be treated as regular poison so that the ability doesn't become cancerous, does the ability sound good, should it be changed to be more balanced?

I want to see an Electric type hoop snake with a mic on the tip of it's tail and a speaker in it's mouth. The idea is that it'll bite down on it's tail to produce feedback to perform attacks while rolling around like a hula hoop. It should have a zig-zag pattern on it's side so it looks cool while rolling around.
Abilities are Soundproof, Galvanize, and Motordrive, and it learns a lot of sound based and rolling based moves.

if you want constructive criticism, he's too lanky for a first or second stage starter. If this is final stage, I could see it though. Also nothing really makes him stand out, and that's his flaw. When you look at pokemon (especially starters), they TEND not to be "X animal with weird color", like take a look at other water starters. Squirtle line = squirrel thing going on also cannons. Croconaw has that caveman thing. Swampert has the armor and fins. Empoleon has the royalty thing. Dewott/Samurott has the samurai thing. Greninja is a ninja. And Primarina has the siren thing for it. Now this design looks mostly like a blue cartoon iguana. It's nothing that stands out to me. Because of that it now LOOKS like a fakemon or a mon from a less popular series like Neopets or something.

For starters, I might suggest some slight changes in this pic as potential design ideas. Not shitting on your idea, just wanted to help you along in some way.
