Psuedo legends will dominate

For the record, with no logendaries/sub-legendaries, current OU would lose: buzzwole, celesteela, heatran, hoopa-u, jirachi, kartana, landorus, latios, magearna, manaphy, nihilego, tapu bulu/koko/fini/lele, xurkitree and zygarde.

UU would lose: azelf, celebi, cobalion, entei, keldeo, latias, mew, raikou, terrakion, volcanion and zygardog.

Come to your own conclusions on what would hppen.

OU would be Garchomp's and Ash-greninja's/Protean Greninja's toilet

Ou would lose it's best hazard removal so spikes would be broken again. Mega Charizard - Y would be broken.

Without Tapus dragons like Garchomp and M-Salamence would probably run rampant and ice types like Weavile and fairies like Togekiss would likely become even more common to try to check them.

Stall more viable (for OU at least). Many of the powerhouses for offensive and balanced are legendaries and would lose more Pokemon than Stall would.
