I want a Poison or Psychic Electric to be a Television mounted on a bipedal monster body.

It'll be known for brainwashing/ making those who view the contents of it's screen to become mentally incapacitated.

Why do you list Electric/Fire and Electric/Grass as form-exclusive, but not Electric/Ghost? There is no item or battle-only limit restriction like a Mega. Each Rotom form is just as much a "full" Pokemon as base form Rotom.
