What makes you think they have to give out a shiny Zygarde? It's not like you can get a legit shiny Celebi, Victini, Keldeo, or Meloetta yet.

If we get a shiny it'll probably be like the Gen V box trio in ORAS were it just shows up in a later game without a shinylock.
