Dragon/Grass based on a snapdragon flower is a rather obvious one that I'm surprised hasn't been done yet.

They also look pretty creepy when they die. Maybe a split Ghost/Dragon, or Ghost/Grass.

Greater Sage Grouse.
Obviously part flying. Dont care what else it gets as a secondary typing. Maybe Fairy based on what I have in mind for it.

Access to sing, perish song, boomburst, round, and other sound based moves. SpA oriented.

There actually is! Many creatures have long, sharp, backwards-facing teeth in order to easily snag slippery fish. So naturally, the only step up from that is to have a backwards-facing lower jaw. Although, it must have been extremely specialized to eat whatever it ate to have such a strange adaptation.

And no, it was not merely just ONE shark; multiple tooth whorls of multiple species of Helicoprion have been found

I like the idea of play dead, but not the "every other turn" part.
How about we make it somewhat bulky, and have it switch to normal/ghost when hitting 50% HP? Similar to Darmanitan's Zen Mode.

You're singling out two offensive typings (one of which is the Pokemon's only weakness) as "Use these and you're fucked" because +1 to all stats is a ridiculous boost.

As a a regional rodent it will have pretty low stats to justify the boost (think Raticate). Also the conditions for its activation are very specific and easy to avoid. A fighting mon can just use a Dark type move to hit it supereffectively without triggering the boost if the opponent predicts wrongly.

Honestly I don't even see such a mon on a very high tier, I was trying to make an interesting gimmick. RU at best.
