Not fix though, just slightly better. Movepool, one Stat boosted or a new ability.
Like Draining Kiss to Pic Related, or Foul Play to Ledian. Neither become OU, but they become slightly better

I'd give Ledian an Alola Form, which swaps its attack and special defense.
Conversion on Eevee would help a lot of the Eeveelutions out a lot. Ghost Umbreon would be great (no more Fighting weakness), and a lot of the others could benefit from increased move coverage and/or less weaknesses. It sort of fits for Eevee, too, since it's got unstable DNA and would negate the need for new Eevee types.
Surf on Alola Raichu would be nice, too, though I don't know if I'd call it a shitmon.

Give Lilligant Moonblast from Bellossom and Earth Power from Sunkern. I'd go through the effort from transfering a Gen 6 Sunkern to have that.
