Kommo-o's stats aren't even bad. there is nothing inherently bad about balanced stats, even with today's powercreep. You forget that early ORAS's OU Council was dangerously close to banishing Mega Altaria to Ubers, and it has no stats above 110.

Kommo-o is bad because it has zero moves. None. Flareon has a better learnset. It's shameful.

At the absolute, very least, it needs Drain Punch. In addition, I would give it Heal Bell, and change its ability from Soundproof to literally anything else.

Goodra gains legs and becomes bipedal. It also gains eyes, and loses the wavy mouth of Sligoo and Goomy. Unlike the previous two stages, it doesn't resemble a gastropod at all. Even with dragonite, the entire line is reptilian.
