It's not even the Special Attack that is that bad. Greninja puts in work with 103 base SpA, Koko with 95. It does have the STABs to do damage, it's just too painfully slow to do it consistently, so people would just pick a dragon that is faster and stronger, like Latios or even Hydreigon.

Doubtful when there are so few viable Ghosts, which are without exception always backed up by amazing stats or abilities. Ghost by itself also has basically no resists, unlike Fighting.

It will benefit from Drain punch as a tutor. Other moves that thematically work are hone claws, jump kick, Iron tail, iron head, head smash, power up punch, the elemental punches, and probably more. I hope we see some as egg moves, tutors, and the next game.
