He's fat, so better defenses and maybe an ability that actually compliments his stats. Since raising HP stat is impossible, maybe something like Filter or something to get rid of his crippling typing (Hydreigon is at least kind of fast).

Yes it is bad. You're wasting your Z-move for a shitty 1 time recovery. Maybe if it got recycle it could see some viability with a chesto resto set. Gunk shot would be able to kill all of the tapus on the switch so I don't see how heavy slam is better.

This thing is just a clusterfuck of contradictions.

It's typing is best suited to an offensive role, but it's far too slow. Defensively, it's a mixed bag that fairs terribly in the current Fairy-dominated meta.

It's bulk is horribly inefficient. 108/108/108 defenses accomplish the same thing with less overall BST. Seriously, the Wailord build is probably the worst stat distribution you can give to a Pokemon. Even worse than a slow, frail mixed attacker, because all those stat points are being wasted in HP when they could at least go into making your offenses better.

It would ideally be suited for a tank or Crocune set, but it has no stat up moves or any support moves at all for that matter. Even Recover by itself would be enough to vault this thing out of RU.
