Supporters are the strongest cards in Pokemon so being able to grab any one you want from your deck is great.

33+, but yes for competitive reasons.

>Can be thrown in every deck
>Good attack that punishes high energy attackers
>No weakness
>Solid health
>Great for consistency with its ability
>Can heal in a pinch

It's pretty good.

It's a rare card that is played in every optimized deck, and after rotation in september every deck will run 2-3 of them.

Shaymin-EX, the current best consistency card, is about $40-60 each. Lele will probably stabilize between $30 and $50.
