In gen V, TM 51 was Ally Switch but in Gen VI they changed it to Steel Wing. They keep this as a learnable move as an easter egg, according to the Pokédex, it was first sighted in the desert 50 years ago, the rumoured place in which Area 51 is found.

It sucks that Beheeyem's in the same generation as four OTHER slow, bulky Psychic-types. It has Analytic/Nasty Plot which is cool but it's also the frailest of the four I think so it's not like it has a lot of chances to set up.
