Yes and BTD can only rewind time ie travel. Also Araki has explicitly stated he wanted the characters in Part 4 to be to be toned down as most manga keep upping the power every new arc and if the next villain has to be more powerful than the last it creates redundancy and it's get to a point where it's just bulldshit nonstop.
