I think I'm just using the most recent stable version on their sourceforge, most likely the 2.0 beta 2. I've occasionally had random crashes, but not all that bad. The version before it, 1490, is probably more stable. I haven't touched the development versions on github, and don't plan to until there's a proper stable release.
I'd use mGBA as my main gba emulator, but it has a couple of rough patches (nothing breaking, mind, but awkward), and OBS doesn't seem to see the game being played.

Isles are almost all for a later update. Main-game up to Champion is complete, as well as postgame routes past the League, a little of Ebin is done I believe (maybe Dubs Island?), and Battle Channel is going to have a couple of modes for now.
Not everything is done, but enough is done to last people a few months more or less.

Now that you have Cut from the captain on Singles Island, you go northwards from Triport towards Rock Tunnel. You can clear the path and progress where the tree was, right next to the cabin with the Stump's Aide.

WIKI UPDATE:
After a staffer noticed images of Shiriman and Rectreem, we are now told not to upload anything that is basically not PC or could trigger people. So in order to keep things as they are, it is possible to have descriptions replaced, images censored or even Pokémon renamed.

I think the main point of the wiki is to have everything you need to know about a mon on one page and to have information easy to understand. They probably won't go through all the images, so it's possible that nothing is going to change but we never know.

They are not that thorough, they deleted the profile of the Shirime on the folklore wiki but let the others stay in the gallery.

Aside from wonder trading do you get sadrog anywhere in game?

Just because they have arms they are still serpentine. Serpentine doesn't mean that thy are exactly serpents, they are serpent-like. When it came to choosing the body styles I looked at existing Pokémon with similar bodies.

Rayquaza has arms and is still serpentine. Real-life snails are more serpentine than just a body with a head.

I don't see how this is cherrypicking, when saying that they have fins is your preferred option. Serpentine is a head with an elongated body.
