I'm okay because not every final stage should have +90 Speed for no reason. See Garchomp. That lad doesn't look quick, yet power creep requires them to be a ninja. I only wish they would go out of their way to nerf the speed of many Pokémon, shifting things around. It would allow many to excel in other things than hyper offensive.

I love using Vikavolt in VGC, I can spam EQ and discharge all day. It's the best friend of my banded Mudsdale after Oranguru.
With thta berry that gives 50%hp it's also surprisingly bulky and gets clutch kos.
