I hope so. I hope we're done with the half assed content poor 240p 3DS games. I hope they're working hard towards a Switch game. I hope they're looking at feedbacks from previous game. I hope the next game are bigger, have more pokemon, more features, less cutscenes. I hope they're looking at what made pokémon special in the first place. But it's GF we're talking about so...

Granted, it's laggy, has no 3d and content had most likely been cut of the games to meet the deadline...

But based on how S/M looks when upscaled, I bet their new engine is compatible with newer hardware. Hopefully they don't need to make another engine for the Switch, and will focus on content this time.
